InCMusic Tool 1.2 is a utility for managing custom music stations for a growing number of PC games.

Adding and managing your game's custom music / user music has become as simple as using your preferred music playing software!

  1. Create a playlist in your preferred music playing software, then "save" or "export" the playlist to an m3u file.
  2. Run InCMusic Tool, load a game preset, locate your saved m3u playlist, select Zero Byte File mode, and click Go.
    • Your music is imported to your game. InCMusic Tool will report any errors or skipped files.
    • InCMusic Tool will save its own playlist file. You can open this InCM playlist file later and it will automatically import the music to the game you selected. You can safely delete the InCM playlist if you do not want to keep it.

About Symbolic Links - "Zero byte files"

Low disk space? OK!
  • Commonly known as symlink files, virtual files, or symbolic links.
  • Symbolic links take no space outside of operating system overhead.
  • Symbolic links are directly supported by Windows operating systems that support NTFS (Windows XP and later).
  • Symbolic links can be deleted, copied, and moved like any other file.
  • Symbolic links work just like normal, copied files. Your games will not know the difference!
  • Symbolic links show up with the shortcut icon overlay.
  • Symbolic links can be created on an entirely different drive than the original files.
